Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications Relevant tertiary qualifications in instructional design, learning and development, organisational development or related discipline and/or significant relevant experience in development and instructional design Proven ability to design and implement development programs and evaluation Demonstrated significant experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of e-learning programs Demonstrated experience in collaborating with leaders to provide input into employee development goals, including recommendations on instructional design approaches.
